still having connection issues

ever since about 1-2 patches ago ive started disconnecting at the start of games. ill be in the loading screen then it will stop and say ive been disconnected ive been monitoring my internet and now instead of being fixable just by exiting out and reconnecting NOTHING is working ive just reconnected tried just restarting league restarting my computer and nothing is working and im afraid im going to end up getting banned for this problem. need help to figure out what exactly is going on -a very very sad LoL player update: can get in after 10 mins of trying but game is completely unplayable disconnecting every 10 seconds
