Spectate Error

Hello,

I cannot spectate any games. I'm wondering if this is due to the large amounts of traffic on the server right now, but thought I'd post this just in case it's unrelated and a random bug. I've restarted everything several times, but still no luck? Any advice? Thought I'd see if others are having the same problem... :0)
