Soooo I haven't been able to spectate for over a month. Every time, the loading screen either freezes at 100% OR when I'm able to watch the game I see all the champions of both teams start to walk out, then the game freezes. Any tips on how to fix this? I'm desperate. I want to be able to watch my friend's games. Is this on my end or on Riot's end?

Unfortunately for you, and I, they aren't fixing this. One can safely come to this conclusion by the fact it has been OVER two years and still no fix.

Try copying the Riot Games folder of a friend on a thumb drive or something and replacing yours. Name yours Riot Games Backup, then just copy. If that doesn't work, try deleting the riot folder, and redownloading it over night. Also, check drivers for mobo, gpu, etc. to make sure they are up to date. To be clear, though, it is definitely on your end. be it your drivers, corrupt files, or settings of some sort somewhere.
