[WEBSITE] Masteries do not display correctly in Match History; multiple errors

In the player Match History section of the website ( http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/ ), the Masteries are not being displayed correctly, in multiple ways.

1. The first error/bug is that when the cursor is hovered over a mastery, the appropriate description of that mastery is not displayed in a tooltip. The tooltip appears, but the correct description is absent with only the text "undefined" appearing. When this bug occurs it seems to occur for all masteries and does not seem to occur on a consistent basis, even for the same match.
2. The second is that the masteries' names do not display and is instead a different set of text, apparently something in the writing of the page rather than the name that is supposed to take it's place in the presented webpage.
3. The third is that the name's of the Mastery trees do not change to something presentable but are instead the kind of underscore-filled text found in bug #2.

To find the section in question:

1. Go to the Match History section of the League of Legends website (http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/)
2. Go to any Summoner Profile.
3. Access any match's details.
4. Click on the "Player Builds" tab.
5. Scroll down to masteries section.

Error #3 will always be reproduced here. Hovering the cursor over a mastery may produce either Error #1 or #2; I have found no apparent cause for the appearance of either of these errors however I have noticed #1 is much more common.
