Normal Draft Banning and Champion Selecting Glitch

So I declared my champ and it did not show up as selected. Afterwards it was my time to ban, could type in champion names to search, but couldn't select my ban choice, even less could I lock it. I chose and clicked my ban at 24 seconds, needless to say that client got back to normal at 0 seconds, so I ended up wasting 6 minutes again and getting the penalty I did not deserve. :/
