Cannot use keybindings/hotkeys

In about 15-20% of my games on startup I cannot use any hotkeys or anything to do with my keyboard. I have to completely leave the game, close the client, restart the client, log in, and reconnect before I can do anything at all. This bug is incredibly annoying and often times gets me very far behind in the jungle.
