Zhonya's Pulling Up Shop

I'ma try to stay calm here but this literally cost me the game. I was playing Kai'sa and had the bug where if you unlock an evolution at the same time as leveling up your level up indicators/buttons are bugged. I'm not sure if that contributed to this shop bug or not. Each time either right as I used Zhonya's or very very soon after it would open the shop. Before you say it there is no key bind confusion here. It happened 2 or three times. I'm sorry if this is a repost I don't post in the forums often.
