Not Given Opportunity to Rejoin Game After DC

I just exited a game that got caught in a loading screen, despite internet signal remaining constant. Neither after closing the frozen window nor after restarting the client was I given the option of returning to the game.

The client actually lets me cue up for another game immediately, and doesn't show the game i was just in on my match history.
