Double vitals when playing fiora.

So I have noticed occasionally that a champ would have two vitals on them. Not from her ult btw. And you can't proc the one that is glitched but it is hard to tell which one is glitched since it mainly happens when they move out of sight and come back in. So it is a weird visually glitch which can make it annoying to go against when you don't know which one is glitched or not.
