Client is Blank, Can't Play the Game at all

I load into the league client, and this blank screen is all I see. There's only the yellow exclamation mark and the icons in the top right. Clicking on the settings presents simply another blank screen.

I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling league, disabling my graphics card, running it in compatibility mode for every version of windows. Nothing has worked, and I've been unable to play league for a few days now. Any help or fix would be appreciated.
