[GAMEPLAY] Tower AI glitch

There's a glitch with the tower AI where you attack a player under a tower and the tower keeps attacking minions instead of players, I've had it happen to me on both offense and defense, it's been around maybe 3-4 months

I've had it happen to me offensively very rarely (the tower attacking minions when it should clearly be attacking me or another player, as I attacked a player under it), but there seems to be a way to exploit it, as just today I had FOUR people within range of a tower attacking me, from full hp to dead, and the tower attacked a minion 3-4 times during this period.

The glitch may have something to do with someone attacking under tower, getting targetted, running out of range before getting hit, then someone else attacking and the tower not automatically targetting the second player right away, even though it never fired a single shot at a champion, only minions
