Riot, Teemo is massivly bugged. Q & R bug. Still no spell effects on some items & Deathfire Touch

The biggest part of him for everyone know of most. Teemos shrooms still haven't been fixed? Wards still makes them go off & some item spells don't active with them. Liandry's Torment being one of such. Deathfire Touch also being one of the spells as well. This is a big game breaking bug. Why wasn't this hotfixed?
