Teemo Passive auto attack Bug

It seems I found a pretty big nasty bug on Teemo when I come out of my passive at most. Sometimes it happens in the middle of a fight. He doesn't auto attack a enemy.. Even when I right click on one. He just stands there for a few seconds doing nothing. Cant be the only one who had this happen to?
