In-Game 'Freeze'

Queue'd up for ranked, it was my fourth of the day when I noticed that I was the only one 100% on loading screen, it had been some time so i disconnected and re logged into league. During the game, starting around 5 minutes in I would disconnect.. If I clicked far down the map, I would still continue to move there but everything else would be frozen. I figured, eh whatever. It continued to happen until the game ended. Some screenshots provided of one of the times it happened.
