Can't see Champ Select Chat during Ranked Games.

So, you know. Be me, in promos. Queue up for a golly good time. Then, what do you know? Can't see chat before game. Saw ehh whatever. The first game I was duo'ing with a buddy of mine, and that's how I knew they were talking but I couldn't see it. (Have screenshot from both him and me) I thought it was a one time bug, whatever. Restarted Client, he got off and went into another game. Same thing happened! Team could see my types but I couldn't see their. I play on Mac, and would really like to see this fixed.

PS: This has happened before, but I shrugged it off as team just not the talking type. As well as not being able to see chat during champ select, I don't see it after game either. http://gyazo.com/71566760a465fb6d2b74455909b634b1
