Champion Select Screen bug.

Sometimes after selecting champion I get a random champ skills and I cannot access the chat bar at the bottom of the screen to communicate with my team. Not a big deal, just has happened to me before and thought I should post. :)

If this is fixed by a trick someone knows feel free to let me know :D

All you have to do to fix it is click over the champion are and hover over a different champ
