(Quick + selfcast) does not self cast on Kindred's ult.

The key binding quick + selfcast will not proc kindred's ult when you cursor is not on kindred.

Normally on other champions like lulu ult, lissandra ult, and janna's e will all selfcast when not targeting a valid target. However, Kindred's ult will not automatically proc.

If the ult is binded to self cast only, it will automatically launch kindred's ult on itself whether or not it is on a champion, like it supposed too. Kindred's ult will also work with quick + selfcast binding when you are targeting a champion.

How to recreate. Pick kindred. Bind your r to quick + self cast. Press r with the cursor over nothing.

Expected result. the ult will go off on yourself

Result. nothing will happen
