Lee Sin W does not self cast in Quick + Self Cast Key binding

Lee Sin W does not self cast in "Quick + Self Cast" Key binding and "Quick Cast With Indicator +Self Cast" Keybinding.

1. Pick Lee Sin, Level Up W
2. Bind your W to either Quick + Self Cast or Quick Cast With Indicator +Self Cast.
3. Hold Cursor on something other than Lee Sin and shieldable targets
4. Press W.

Result nothing happened.

Expected result Lee Sin should shield himself without having to move the cursor on him. This result is consistent with other shields and like Janna, Lulu, Orianna, and Karma. This also is consistent with heals like Nidalee, Kayle, Lulu ult, and Zilean ult.

This used to work before. Lee Sin used to shield himself with this particular keybinding. Self Casting W with the self cast keybinding (alt + W) will work as intended
