Serious game breaking issue

I think the match making system is buggy right now. I rarely have issues like this but just recently its happened & its really frustrating when it happens. I'm of course talking about the issue with people league banners. For some reason it's showing platinum banners & queuing me with bronze players at the moment. No this isn't a troll thread. This is actually happening. I don't know if its some system error but I'm getting bronze players in my plat matches which is super odd. I can't make heads or tails out of it I think I'm with plat level players then suddenly I watch our Nami walk into enemy team 1 v 5 completely intentionally. At thiis point I'm like "woah shit what the hell is going on here!" I try to talk to her about it and suddenly I get "Fk 'you team!! Why the Fk you not follow me in I knocked their Gnar up!!!" who mind you is tank gnar with GA at the moment & our ezreal was currently farming bot lane. Then it dawns on me "damn, league is messed up again & is queuing me with bronze players" which is simply the only logical explanation. Sorry for long post heres a potato ()
