Jihn Attack speed buff broken. (Keystone Mastery)

When looking at the Keystone mastery to choose for Jihn I decided that Warlord's Bloodlust would be a great mastery! (5-25% lifesteal on crit on enemy champs, and +30% attack speed for 2 seconds) However! When playing Jihn you don't gain attackspeed as per normal.

So I figured, DOUBLE AWESOME. I get more AD for 2 seconds if I crit?

Nope. Doesn't work. The attack speed buff that the keystone mastery does not increase Jihn's Attack damage and does not act how it should.

Tested in multiple games, do not have footage, will come back with a Puush image after this ranked game.
