[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Devour doesn't go on cooldown when Devouring Sivir Spellshield

Wait for Tahm Kench to get three stacks on Sivir or any other with spellshield. Use spell shield and have Tahm kench devour. It disables and procs Spellshield however it does not go on cooldown.

Tahm Kench attempts to devour champion
No cooldown on Devour. 100% Reproducible

Same thing happens with all spellshields and even fiora parry. Working as intended.

Tahm's devour doesn't go on cooldown when the target is invalid. Afaik it is working-as-intended.
