Aatrox + devourer doesn't proc Aatrox W (At All)

Here's a conversation between me and my friend that explains the situation pretty well.

[4:31] Willo: I think so. but you can surpass it For example, devourer has like a 4 second "succesion" timer ( not sure of correct duration) so unless you auto within 4 seconds or something, it won't proc devourer however with aatrox, his W does not have a timer so you could hit a tower, and 30 seconds later, hit a minion twice and the third hit will heal you so what you have to do is actually auto attack something,' wait for devourer to reset then you can go to town with AUTO HEAL AUTO HEAL because then every 2nd hit will be devourer rather than the 3rd I think it's a bug but I'll post it
