[GAMEPLAY] Bug with Jinx's swicheroo and warlords bloodlust

i've noticed it a few times playing jinx but there has been times i have gotten 2.5 attack speed with the rocket launch after switching from the chaingun. At first i thought it was something with phantom dancer cause i always had one when i seen it happen. but the last time i seen it i didnt have phantom dancer. It usualy happens after getting 3 stacks on the chaingun and switching to the rocket launcher and refresing warlords bloodlust

my theory is that if you time it right to where the chaingun stack refreshes and you crit gaining the warlords bloodlust buff it glitches and gives you 2.5 attack speed for the rocket launcher for the full duration of the chaingun buff.
