[Visual] Bug with Master Arcanist Zigg's Satchel Charge (W).

I noticed this while playing as M.A. Ziggs today on Dominion in Co-op Vs. AI.. Sometimes during the game when I went to use Satchel Charge on the Blue team ramp going down to The Quarry the actual satchel itself wouldn't appear; by that I mean that the range indicator after throwing it down would appear, but the actual "item" itself there so-to-speak would not and as a result I sometimes had trouble figuring out where to stand at before activating it again.

Rerpo steps:

1. Go to The Crystal Scar map as Ziggs using the Master Arcanist skin (make sure that you're on the blue side as well).
2. Level up Satchel Charge.
3. Throw it down on the ramp leading down to The Quarry.
4. Watch as sometimes the satchel itself won't appear but the range indicator around it will.

Note that I've only notice this when playing on the blue side and not the red side, and only when using the ability on the ramp leading down to The Quarry, so there is that at least.
