[GAMEPLAY] Garen Damage in URF

Even Youtubers Abused this Bug and nothing was done about it. Garen is broken in urf. While he might look fair on paper. try fightting him as any champion. he can literally 1v5 late game (with everyone full builds) without any problems or effort. how to recreate:

1. go to urf mode.
2. pick garen.
3. lock in.
4. build crit.
5. spin. done. THATS IT.
