Sound Effects Bug Since 6.6 & 5-9 Second Delay Before Matchup Portraits Appear In Loading Screen
I have been meaning to post about these concerns for awhile and I am thinking both of these issues are bug related rather then problems on my end as the game produces the same results on multiple machines (Windows 7x64 OS);
First problem: Whenever I am in a game (I main Lux) and I use one of her abilities, Sometimes (not all the time but about 40% of the time) when I cast any of her abilities (take her E, for example), the sound it makes is almost as if I have casted it multiple times a few milliseconds apart. Even upon E's detonation, it sounds like it was detonated a few milliseconds apart. This also applies to casting recall, using an auto attack, etc. The game engine is playing the sound effect multiple times on random occasions and even though it may not seem like a big deal, my OCD nature cannot stand this. Music is completely unaffected, it's just the SFX part of the game. I hope I have described this bug properly but if you require more clarification, please let me know and I would be happy to oblige.
Second Problem: When playing any type of game (SR, TT, ARAM, etc) and everyone has chosen their champions, the clock has run out and the league client moves to the loading screen, I can see all the boxes where the champion portraits and percentages should be, but it takes a good 5-9 seconds before anything appears in those boxes. Once it loads, everything runs as normal but once again, it still is a strange problem that I've been having since patch 6.6 (was working flawlessly before and did not experience this problem prior to 6.6); Anyone else experience this problem? I also hope I've explained this problem properly but if more clarification is needed I can try to be more descriptive.
