Champion/Skin Issue While Playing SR Team Builder OR Blind Pick Since Patch 4.21

Hey you guys, I've been experiencing an annoying issue since the release of patch 4.21.

Whenever I go to select "Team Builder" mode, it will automatically select one of my purchased champions Blitzcrank and it will also select the Goalkeeper Blitzcrank skin. The funny thing is, if I click "find group" without modifying any of these settings, even though it shows "Goalkeeper Blitzcrank" as my skin in the "skins" section, it will NOT actually use this skin but revert to the default Blitzcrank skin. This is not the only problem though. When I go into blind pick mode and manage to get the support role then choose Blitzcrank, it will ONLY use the default Blitzcrank skin even if I manually select a different skin. This is extremely annoying and if I am unable to use the skins I purchased I would like a complete refund, however, I have no idea why one patch would cause this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
