Crash and Message Loop

This happen mostly in TFT Ranked

I have already sent several times bugs report but the problem is still present

1. The game crash during loading of match
2. Relogin in LoL give a message "Game is still in progress"
3. It's not possible to rejoin the match
4. It's not possible to play any type of match because the game is in a vicious loop for several hours (3~5 hours) were the message keep coming back
5. Login out, restarting PC have no use
6. Only solution is to wait x hours, can be 5 or 7, or to Unistall the game and reinstall

Apart the frustration to be forced to reinstall the game, it's the loss of points in ranked Till now it happened at least 7 times (8 times now) If the problem it's still not resolvable would be a good idea to not take away points to players who had a crash in Ranked TFT, since is not a team based match you can't go afk for trolling nor you can effect the match result since it's a 1v1

Would be a nice patch till the issue is resolved; not just been unable to play, been forced to reinstall the game but even losing points in ranked seem a bit too excessive, if you can't find the cure at least some painkiller would be good.
