Gameplay issue with Darius's Q

Recently when I have been playing Darius I have seen on multiple occasions my Q hitting an enemy, or multiple enemies, on the outer ring and heal not proc, and damage wont go off. Not sure if its hit box issues but it has happened on multiple occasions and I even went into my history and watched the game over to see if it did hit the outer ring and in fact it did. Its really effecting gameplay for me when I play Darius and I would like to see it looked into or something.
