At buy time on SR and HA I sometimes have to click more than twice in pairs in order to buy items. I have seen it more often when I have just spawned or just after recall and it is really terrible when I intend to but and go fight in quick succession, but I am limited by the number of times I have to click to get the items I want.
This bug does not appear to be item based nor map based.
You should right-click to buy if you want to buy quickly. It buys in a single click instead of a double.
I don't know if yours is the same bug as mine, but it's happened to me several times before.
What I've seen is that my gold in the shop has not updated to be synced with the gold I actually have, so the shop thinks I don't have enough to purchase the items I want (i.e. I have 2k gold but the shop says I have only 600). After a couple seconds, the gold updates and I am able to purchase the item.
It's a bit frustrating, but luckily most of the time I'm not in a rush. But when I am, ohhhh boy it feels annoying.
