This was shown to me and forgot to post something about....
Story short, my friend as Garen jungle bought a Static Shiv first item (dont ask, we questioned as well, but we were just having fun)... when he Qed on the Wolf camp the Shiv proced before the Q auto ACTUALLY hit.
I assume that it is because the Q auto takes more time than his regular auto, which the shiv will proc off even with the auto not actually being finished.
It's just the animation that isn't over yet.
You can see an example of that when you use a point and click like garen's ult on somebody and they flash after you clicked on them but because the animation hasn't started yet they think that they are in the clear.
Some animations have delays, i don't know why...
Garen got this bug since his visual rework I think. Also Shiv can't crit with Garen Q even if you have 100% crit chance.
The basic attack part of his Q is done the moment he starts to jump up. This is also the point at which the teemo Q blind will not effect it anymore.
And, yes. This is completly stupid
