@Riot Annoying bugs - Permaping & still not fixed display displacement. Care to fix?

Not sure if it's my keyboard or what....

Now and then when I ping (Shift + leftMouse) it keeps thinking my Shift is being held. So despite the fact I don't hold Shift, when I use leftMouse ping menu pops up. It's annoying because I am pinging irrelevant pings when I am moving items for specific keys or when I am clicking on items in Shop to select them for purchase.

I changed the keybind to P. The problem persists. Even If I am not holding P, the permaping still occurs for some time, then stops for a moment for unexplainable reasons. I am confused.

The only way to fix it was to unbind pings. I can't ping now.

Also can I know when Riot finally decides to fix the display displacement thing? I can't play in Windowed mode because the hidden part of window is beneath my leftWinBar, I can't properly play in Fullscreen because decent portion of left side of my screen is just out of monitor.
