Black Screen @ Champ Select

So I que up, go to my profile to double check my last game (which didn't go well) and the champ select screen shows for a split second and then turns black. I'm assuming if I don't tinker with anything while I'm in queue it won't do the same thing? What am I suppose to do about the time penalty between games when this happens? I mean I can't see anything but black.... not my fault.
