I bought RP but it's not appearing on my account

Less than an hour ago I bought 7200 RP on my account, and it's not appearing. I tried closing and re opening League, but it's still not there, and the store won't even open for me. Has this happened before, do you know the cause, and can you fix it?

Nevermind, it was just fixed. It kinda scared me for a while, though...
