[CLIENT] Mastery Section - Spastic Tooltip

Mac Client, Latest patch to date Profile > Masteries Hovering over the very bottom Utility icon (Wanderer) creates a nasty tooltip spaz. If you hover over the top half of the icon, its fine and the tooltip position is on the upper left of the curser. Hovering over the bottom half causes the tooltip to become undecisive on positioning and it begins to flicker between top left and lower right of the curser. It's less likely to happen if Wanderer hasn't been selected, but it is definitely happening on my 0-9-21 page.
