I played Zoe Top and I was facing a Garen for some reason after lvl 6 whenever I make him fall asleep he instead of waking up after 2 seconds or how much he should he wakes up after like a second Is that a bug or??

That's Garen's W, not a bug on Zoe.

Garen's W gives him a lot of tenacity when activated.
