random short freezes

The last week or so I have been having problems where my game will suddenly freeze and not accept inputs. Sometimes I am still able to watch what happens around me, unable to change my latest input, and sometimes the game just freezes entirely for several seconds before resuming 2-5 seconds later. My ping has also suddenly jumped form about 70-80 to near constant 110-120. I have done a full repair through the client with zero change. My setup has changed null since this started happening. The game is almost entirely unplayable now and I am hoping there is some way to go about fixing this.
