Cant gift anything

I have ben trying to gift a friend since yesterday and it says an error has occurred and it won't let me gift anything D: please fix riot

here add me, Try gifting me. If it works, your problem is fixed. and i get a gift <3. If it doesn't work , I'm so sorry :(

I figured it out. you can't gift new friends until after 2 weeks. nice try though
