Lost My Promos Because of 'Ban a Champion' bug

This could be myself, or the client. During my promotions, I'd lost one match and won one, being bronze 4, I really wanted to climb. During the first ban, I was doing my masteries because I hadn't premade it. I was support and when it was my turn to ban, I was unable to select a champion. I searched up Darius and upon clicking his icon, I couldn't select him and ban. After this, the 'your masteries have been saved' tab popped up, and I pressed OK. I deleted Darius from the search and chose on random, and they wouldn't show up. At this point, I was panicking.

Now, I don't know if this goes in Help & Support or not because this legit seems like a real bug. I'm fucking pissed off and this is utter and complete bullshit.
