Start up game and can't use spells or open shop??

Probably like once or twice every 2 days I'll get a bug where I can't cast spells or open up shop with my keybinds. I need to click everything to use it so I have to relog at the start of the game. And this is fine since I have a good computer and reconnect in under 40 seconds, but it is still annoying. Has anybody else experienced this?
