[Gameplay] Champion Won't Accept Any Commands During Game

Recently I've noticed this horribly bug/glitch/whatever thing that happens in my games. My Champion freezes and I'm unable to input any commands and nothing happens. I cannot use any summoner spells or just spells in general. Neither can I move or attack anything when this happens. When I look at my ping, my ping is perfectly fine, running at about ~20 to ~30, and I don't get a disconnect message either. This lasts for maybe 2 ~ 4 seconds and then I gain control of my champion again. After gaining control, none of my previous commands are put in. I do not walk anywhere and I have to do all of my commands again. Also, any commands I put in just before the freeze happens also goes. So if I walk under enemy tower? I'm going there, no choice about it. It's an extremely annoying and game breaking glitch that can get me killed. Outside of a custom game I had with a friend, this hasn't gotten me killed yet, but I fear it will. I haven't done any testing with this, so I don't know if it's a certain champion or what, but I've had this in pretty much any recent game since maybe... Wednesday? Although I do notice that this occurs more often in some games than others.

Edit: I've noticed also before Wednesday a smaller version of this where I can move, but none of my keys did anything. Back then I brushed it off as something wrong with the keyboard and forgot about it. But now that I think about it, maybe these two issues are connected? I'm not experiencing that anymore, it's replaced by the bug that I'm experiencing in this thread...
