Getting VERY Angry at the Patcher Right Now... [Client]

So... I tried to start up League today... and it started scanning files. I knew that it'd take a while so I waited. An hour or two later, I've scanned 10k files. So I just closed it and reopened it as administrator... got to 9k and I decided to look up some solutions. I decided to delete the archived files and it got past the scanning files to downloading the files I deleted. (About 2.5k MBs) Unfortunately, after getting to 95% while applying patches. It decided to FREEZE. I got angry and closed the patcher and reopened it in a stupid attempt at trying to fix the issue. Instead, it scanned about 1k files and then started downloading 2.5k MBs... AGAIN.
