Possible bug with Camille's 2nd Q
Camille's Q is supposed to turn all damage from her second auto attack into true damage, at first glance it seems like that means that the normal auto attack damage + the additional Q damage is converted. However, it seems like this is not the case for Trinity Force and Iceborn Gauntlet.
Both of these Sheen affects have their damage converted into true damage on the second Q. This seems fine considering how they do additional damage tied to the auto attack. However, Lich Bane's damage isn't converted into True damage which is odd consistency wise. Perhaps though, this is because it deals magic damage rather than physical damage. This makes sense due to the fact that the additional magic damage from her ult isn't converted either.
In that case, additional physical damage effects on her auto attacks should also be converted, for instance something like Blade of the Ruined King. However, once again, this damage isn't converted into true damage and left as physical damage. The same is true for other on-hit damage from other items such as Titanic Hydra and Duskblade.
One item that does have its damage converted however, is Deadman's Plate. It's difficult to pull off, but if you can get the additional damage from Deadman's Plate on the second Q, the 100 additional physical damage is converted to true damage.
Another weird one that works with it is Fresh Blood Mastery.
Testing these for yourself is easy. For any on-hit effect, just use the second Q and look at the damage numbers. If there is any that is red or blue, that means that damage wasn't converted. If only the white number pops up, then all of it was converted into true damage.
I'm not sure if this is an intended effect or a bug. If it's intended, it's confusing and there is no clarity as to why certain things work and others don't. If it's a bug, then making it so nothing is converted would be a big nerf to Camille since level 18 with Trinity Force's and Sterek's, Camille gets an additional 311 True Damage which explains why the true damage can get into the ~1000 range.
tl;dr Camille's 2nd Q converts damage into true damage inconsistently. This doesn't work with Recurve Bow, Wit's End, Nashor's Tooth, Blade of the Ruined King, Titanic Hydra, Duskblade, Lich Bane, or Guinsoo's Rageblade. It does work with Sheen, Trinity Force, Iceborn Gauntlet, Deadman's Plate, and the Fresh Blood mastery.
