So fucking slow, pathing, auto attacks and abilities channel and execute on 0.5 speed.

Can't get out of a aoe when I have 500 ms because of shitty pathing. Can't even use an ability without getting time to puff a joint. What is with this ability delay time? Same with auto attacks, how high can I get before my champ actually fires the uncancellable shot. (The answer is 0.5 seconds with 1.0 attack speed, so go figure 1.5 second to attack once.)
