Riot please offically support HiDPI displays

Even before this patch, Riots support for HiDPI screens were terrible. The game looks great, but your mouse, icons on the map, etc were extremely small. Now along with all that, text is huge unless you cumbersomely edit your display scaling after every game.

This problem as only going to affect more and more players as time goes on.
