Losing Cursor Due to New Graphics?

So ever since the last patch it seems like I'm constantly losing where my cursor is during big team fights.

I'm pretty sure its bc the color of the red sword is almost the exact same color as the red minions but I don't really know for sure. I have been playing for a number of seasons now and have never encountered this issue so I truly do believe it can't just be me. I was hoping others are possibly having the same issue and we can get this adjusted to prevent it.
