Game STIL CRASHING

Forgive my annoyance but this is now the 3rd time I've made a post in the last two weeks with the same issue and I have yet to get any sort of response from a Riot employee. I've outlined past things I've done to try to get the game to stop crashing but since then I have tried running the game in windowed mode as well as trying comparability modes again. I thought it was working and was even able to play a few ranked games (after extensive testing in norms and customs to see if it was working) before my game started crashing again. It's still the same problem. Around 3 minutes in, the game will just stop responding. When I was in full screen I would have to restart my computer because it would completely lock my screen but at least in windowed mode I can close and restart it. Still, it takes me a few minutes to log back in and, despite me logging out and logging back in, it doesn't consider me "disconnected" so it always results in a free kill for my lane opponent and a few minutes of free farming and tower plates. I am very frustrated at this point since again, I'm not the only person to have this issue as I have had other comments on my last posts where people have reported the same thing. Also, I've seen posts from other people on the forums about this exact same issue. Despite all of that, Riot has told me nothing, not even telling me that they are aware that there is an issue and that they are working on a fix. I know you get a lot of support requests but come on, it's been over 2 weeks now and this is my third post reporting the same issue. At least give me something to work with here, even if it's just a "thanks for reporting this bug, we'll work on fixing it."

Have also been experiencing this issue for about 3 months now. This is the only game my PC freezes on, updated drivers, reinstalled League, disabled all other apps while running, do not get an error popup to even notify that the game is frozen (can still hear sounds in the background and game doesnt actually disconnect). Sometimes I come back within 10-15 seconds of not moving, other times it's a hard freeze and have to do a full reset.

I as well have been experiencing disconnect issues I've submitted a post and left comments , this is now my second day with this issue . I tried updating windows and all my drivers to see if that would be the issue ( it wasn't) no difference . I tried now 4 times just now to load a custom game and it still the same thing , it loads into champ select like normal once the game starts it minimizes the client and then brings it back up with reconnect option only if you press it nothing happens the client flickers in attempt to reconnect and i'm stuck with trying to reconnect
