Unable to remake after teammate died.

So today I am playing with my friend in a normal game but he died to red buff because he dced. He couldn't connect to the internet for 10 minutes and we couldn't remake because of his death. Similar thing happened last time in a ranked game when our jungler lee sin died when he invade and ragequit. We players should be able to remake when this kind of things happen.
