LV3 Veigar oneshots almost full health Ashe that has Crystal synergy
I played a ranked game of TFT today and my 2 stars Ashe got one shot by a 3 stars Veigar. I dont think Veigar does true damage which ignores the crystal synergy.

They made him do true damage to those lower star than him.
He instakills anyone who is lower tier than him (part of his description I think).
Synergy or not that's not gonna stop him.
