[CLIENT] Lord Van Damm's Pillager

It doesn't show that it cannot be used in Summoner's rift and I believe it can't be used in Howling Abyss. On the Wikia Page it shows properly that it can't be used in Summoner's rift To reproduce:

• Go into item sets creator
• Search Lord Van Damm's Pillager
• Be confused
• Report bug
